of joint and muscle pain.
Find out the likely cause of your back pain and what you can do to relieve it?
Hi, I’m John Miller. At Global Back Care we’ve developed a unique protocol for analyzing the likely cause(s) of your back and other joint and muscle pain.
It’s a program that eliminates the need for expensive
- medical procedures, like visits to doctors, radiologists, physiotherapists chemists and surgeons
- therapeutic treatments that involve rubbing, crunching, heating, vibrating, strapping, electronic muscle twitching, salves, cremes and ointments …
- gadgets, machines, slings, strappings, corsets, frames …
In a nutshell
If you follow this link to the Clinical Diagnostic Assessment template you’ll see exactly what the format of the program is. It involves an assessment of your posture, tour ability to adopt a range of diagnostic postures, your strength and flexibility via a one-hour Zoom call.
The principle
The Clinical Diagnostic Assessment is based on the principle that form (good skeletal alignment- follows function (the ability to adopt a range of diagnostic postures that people in good musculo-skeletal health find easy to do).
I’ll show you what good function is and what you can do to achieve it.
Without a clear understanding of what’s caused your spine to move out of alignment any treatment is pot luck.
From the information gleaned from the assessment I’ll be able to provide you with
- information about the likely cause(s) of your pain
- a strength and flexibility exercise prescription designed to re-align your skeleton.
Using the Clinical Diagnostic Assessment plan, you stand to save yourself, hundreds, thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars on other treatments. The last thing you want to do is ‘go under the knife’.
The Clinical Diagnostic Assessment puts you in charge of your musculo-skeletal health.
Is back pain a medical problem?
A high proportion of people with lower back pain have a fitness problem (relating to their lack of strength and flexibility) not a medical problem. If you’ve got a fitness problem you need a fitness solution.
Only on the rarest of occasions can someone else fix your fitness problem for you – you’ve got to fix it yourself.
While there may be some exceptions to the rule, a strength and flexibility program that gets your body back into better alignment is the quickest and cheapest way to relieve lower back and other musculo-skeletal pain.
The exceptions are muscle and skeletal damage caused by trauma and a problem that’s been left too long unsolved.
Musculo-skeletal Dysfunction
By far and away a high proportion of joint and muscle pain is personally generated. There is no accident, sporting incident or trauma, just muscles gradually moving bones out of alignment year in, year out.
Take part in the Clinical Diagnostic Assessment and we’ll tell you which muscles have caused your skeleton to move out of alignment and give you the exercises to it back into alignment.
Here’s the link to the
Clinical Diagnostic Assessment Sample Template
Take a look around and see whether you’d like to take
part in the assessment and get a clear and unambiguous
diagnosis of the underlying cause of your back pain.
HERE’S WHAT THE CLINICAL DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT WILL DO FOR YOU
1. DIAGNOSIS – physical assessment and postural analysis protocol
Using the clinical diagnostic assessment protocol you will be taken through a postural analysis protocol to determine which muscles have caused your lower vertebrae to move out of alignment. (The protocol will also help diagnose the cause(s) of hip, neck, shoulder and knee pain.)
2. EXPERT ANALYSIS
Once you have completed the assessment, you’ll receive will a report that give you a good idea of why you’re in pain.
THE REHABILITATION PROCESS
Having determined which muscles have taken bones out of alignment I will then prescribe a suite of strength and flexibility exercises that you can do in your own home (and/or a fitness centre) that are designed to get your body back into better alignment and pain free.
The exercises will come in the form of a series of the Global Back Care suite of ebooks.
In bringing about this realignment you’ll come to an understanding that your body is a musculo-skeletal ecosystem. You’ll come to an understanding that the pain many people experience pain in the middle of their body, is due to a misalignment of the skeleton from top to toe.
Treat the whole and the parts will look after themselves. That is, when the body can exhibit the actions of a body in good musculo-skeletal health, chances are the particular joint that was dysfunctional will be back in good alignment and functioning normally. It’s as simple as that.
As well as loosening tight muscles we’ll provide you with exercises that strengthen weak muscles so the body is able to sustain normal activities without breaking down.
HOW LONG WILL THE ASSESSMENT TAKE?
The assessments will take about an hour – all done on Zoom. It’s that easy; you in your home and me in my study.
Some background observations
Unlike an X-ray or MRI which show you that your bones are out of alignment, what the Clinical Diagnostic assessment does is show you why your body is out of alignment. In short an X-ray or other imaging profess shows you ‘what is’. The Clinical Diagnostic Assessment shows you what’s caused ‘what is’. Big difference, because unless you know what the cause is you can’t treat it, or you’ll treat the spot where it’s painful (rubbing, crunching, heating etc, etc) rather than releasing the tight muscles that have taken your skeleton out of alignment.
Most people don’t need an X-ray or an MRI to tell them their skeleton is out of alignment – that’s what pain is for!
TAKE ACTION NOW TO
RELIEVE YOUR PAIN
Use the contact form to get in touch with me to express your interest in knowing more about the program. Include your phone number (where-ever you are in the world) and I’ll get back to you to arrange a time when we can meet on Zoom and discuss the program further.
Then, with the information you provide to me I’ll let you know whether I think the Clinical Diagnostic Assessment will be of help to you. I won’t best around the bush. If I don’t think I can help you, I’ll tell you.
IS THIS A COST OR AN INVESTMENT?
Whilst we both have to invest some time going through the assessment, sooner or later the topic of money will rear its head. You will weight up the value of what I do and decide what you think is a fair thing.
If we go ahead with the assessment, you’ll end up with a ‘pretty good’ idea of why you’re in pain and what you can do to relieve it.
I’ll teach you with the exercises (only) you, yourself, can do to get your body back into better alignment. You’ll be able to do these exercises in your own home in your own time, even while watching TV.
I’m going to save you a fortune in bills for medical and therapeutic treatment regimes. I’ll teach you to be your own therapist, spending time each evening, at home doing the exercises while you watch TV – that only you can do to get your body back into better alignment.
Using the diagnostic and treatment program, I believe there is a good chance that you’ll be able to get your body back into alignment and pain free. Not immediately. My rule of thumb is that for 80% of people here’s an 80% chance they can relieve their back pain in 80 days if they’re diligent.
There are no ongoing visits to doctors, radiologists, and various manipulating therapists; no rubbing, crunching, heating or vibrating, no strapping, doping or surgery – just exercises that you can do at home, on the floor while you’re watching television.
You’ll know when your skeleton is back in alignment. You’ll be pain free
Keep in mind that manipulative therapy doesn’t take the places of your own strength and flexibility training program.
What I have for you is the most thorough, cost effective and deceptively simple way for you to find out what’s causing your pain, coupled with a strength and flexibility exercise prescription designed to treat the cause and get you back into pain free state.
Most likely, how long it takes you to relieve your pain will depend on how long it took your body to become dysfunctional, how dysfunctional it is and the frequency, intensity and duration of your strength and flexibility training program.
As for my qualifications to do this work, I’m a graduate physical educator, fitness practitioner and corporate heath seminar presenter. This is my story.
In the meantime stay tuned, highly tuned and remember, ‘It’s a big ask expecting to get better by having someone do something to you, sooner or later you have to do something to yourself.‘
