How To Avoid Back Pain Today
To Avoid Back Pain, You Need A Good Strength Training Program!
It’s a tough assignment to avoid back pain by expecting to keep the bones of your spinal column in good alignment if you don’t have a regular and systematic strength training program.
One of the great tragedies of modern medicine is that very few people with lower back pain, neck pain, or shoulder pain ever got more vital in surgery or a pharmacy.
Their doctor didn’t know that their customers could have been on the road to recovery in a few short weeks with a few simple strength and flexibility exercises.
Of course, the obvious question is, ‘Why would you let your strength go downhill just because you got older?’
For most people, this is a well-kept secret. It’s such a big secret that doctors don’t know about it yet. So, getting advice from them if you’ve got any musculoskeletal dysfunction is likely to lead you further into the pain trap.
As you get progressively weaker, your body becomes more and more dysfunctional; rub downs and ray lamps don’t make you stronger.
There aren’t many people who have ever had their strength measured in surgery. The number of people who can’t do a sit-up, press-up, squat down to their heels, or stand up again is legion.
Then, they march off to the doctor for a prescription to mask the pain and over to the pharmacist for a pill.
Hello! You can do better than that.
To Avoid Back Pain in the future, Get a copy of the ebook Fix Back Pain.
You’ll also be able to get a copy of the Fix Back Pain series of ebooks; you’ll receive one of the simplest and most effective workout routines in a gym. Remember, this is not rocket science. You don’t have to join the muscle pose and grunt crowd; you don’t have to prance around in a leotard. All you have to do is get to the gym and work out. Your chemist can’t do the workout for you.
Measure your strength and start improving it. You know you’re not in bad shape when you can do 40 situps on the trot, 40 press-ups, and 40 squats.
If you can’t do anything, start slowly. I’ll show you how in the Fix Back Pain ebook. shop.globalbackcare.com
Don’t forget your flexibility training program.
To relieve back pain, you need to get your pelvis and vertebrae back into better alignment. That requires a flexible training program. There’s just one catch: You have to do it yourself. This is another thing you can’t subcontract to your chemist. More of that on another day.
In the meantime, stay highly tuned and don’t go to doctors for things they can’t fix.
